In 2014, after owning and operating the Island Park Lodge for over 25 years, Connie decided it was time to add a newer facility and that's when she opened the doors to Connie's Restaurant & Saloon.

Drawing on her years of experience, she has built another great eatery for locals and visitors. Connie attributes her success in getting this project completed to the efforts of her many friends and family in the community. Connie's atmosphere feels like she has built a new house and are inviting the community to drop in anytime.

For a delightful dining experience, we offer a variety of delicious entrees and a full-service saloon. We are home to the original Sawtell Burger, homemade soups and chili, our signature cornbread served with honey butter, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Halibut, and a selection of Steaks cooked to perfection. We take great pride in the quality of each menu item and the service provided.

Under the same roof you'll also find Daisy's Angels' Unique Boutique. A women's boutique created by Connie, and her Mother Irene as a non-profit foundation. Please visit their website: daisysangels.net.

We have also introduced Island Park Fitness Center. With several high quality cardio machines and enough weight equipment to keep those muscles toned, the fitness center is a welcome addition to Island Park. Open 7 days a week from 5am - 10pm. A wide variety of memberships are available.
